本插床可插各種大、中型零件內(nèi)外平面、型面和鍵槽等粗精加工。
滑枕往復(fù)動(dòng)動(dòng)可在工作中調(diào)速、不必停車。
滑枕、工作臺(tái)和油泵都是單獨(dú)電動(dòng)機(jī)帶動(dòng)。
插削速度可以無能調(diào)整.
機(jī)床設(shè)有各種安全裝置。機(jī)床附有電磁自動(dòng)抬刀的刀架和刀桿。刀架用天外插削，刀桿用于內(nèi)插削和插鍵槽。
This slotting machine is designed of machining various kinds of large or medium sized machine parts.
IT is used for slotting various flat surface,straight external and internal form surface,keyways,etc,The slotting speed may be regulated infinitely.
The machine is acconpained with an electro magnetic tool holder and a too bar.The toolholder is used for outer slotting and the tool bar for inner slotting and for slotting the keyway.
